Job Title: Full-Time Sales Founding Account Executive

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada - Remote

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Sales Founding Account Executive who will be instrumental in driving our sales initiatives and expanding our customer base.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client outreach, selling software solutions, particularly custom designed and built web and mobile applications, to mid-level and enterprise-level clients. The candidate must also have experience working with platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, and other project management software.

As a Sales Founding Account Executive at Goldfish Code, you will playa key role in our growth strategy, building relationships with new clients while nurturing existing ones, and ultimately contributing to our company's success in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Directly reach out to potential customers, pre-qualify leads, schedule and attend meetings, and follow-up through the entire sales process.
  • Document sales contacts, meetings, and sales process updates through Asana, Pipedrive, and other project management tools.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.


  • Must be based in the United States. Remote working position.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar role, specifically in selling custom web and mobile applications and solutions.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Experience working with CMS and sales tools - Asana, Pipedrive, and Apollo.ai.
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile application development processes and technologies.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Experience with email marketing content creation.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
